The boy’s Colombian girlfriend wasn’t at the child care center today, so he was disappointed. He carried his note with him the entire time he was at the child care center. When we were having a snack at the gym cafe, there was a cute South Asian girl sitting at the table next to ours. The boy kept looking over at her while he ate. The boy whispered to me, “That girl has the same hair as Shavona. She’s beautiful like her.” And indeed she was.
